Well I know a little bit more now, about D.art than I did when I first started a few weeks ago. I'm still putting images in the gallery, both old and new. I'm aiming for a balance between photographs and artworks, but this can be difficult, because I have many more photos than paintings. At some point I will have to arrange them into folders too. My latest painting has been Lydstep Point. I decided to put the photo alongside it, to illustrate how I sometimes like to work. I thought I would write something in my personal journal, of my first week with D.art . Although, my priority has been to get a few images in the gallery. I am an artist/painter and at the moment I enjoy painting seascapes. I use mainly my own photos as source material. Though I take a sketch book out too. Sometimes I paint from imagination, especially after a walk along the coast. I am lucky enough to live near some really lovely coastline.
